This blog outlines my exercise routine on a daily basis. The supplement I am using for this is Nature's Best Zero Carb Isopure (3 Lbs). Its a Whey Protein Isolate supplement containing about 26gms protein per scoop.

1 scoop IsoPure in 1 glass water with breakfast
Today's workout: Triceps (I was a bit tired)
Bench Dips
10 x 3

Dumbbell One Arm Triceps Extension
{20lb x 12 + 15lb x 10 + 10lb x 9}
{25lb x 12 + 20lb x 10 + 15lb x 7}
{30lb x 8 + 22.5lb x 6 + 17.5lb x 6}

Seated Triceps Press
20lb x 12
{25lb x 12 + 20lb x 8}

One Arm Supinated Dumbbell Triceps Extension
{17.5lb x 6 + 12.5lb x 8}


2 scoops IsoPure in 1 glass water immediately after workout
