{30lb x 8 + 22.5lb x 6 + 17.5lb x 6} - Seated Triceps Press
- 20lb x 12
{25lb x 12 + 20lb x 8} - One Arm Supinated Dumbbell Triceps Extension
- {17.5lb x 6 + 12.5lb x 8}
2 scoops IsoPure in 1 glass water immediately after workout
